Mike Geraghty

I've gone far from the traditional route to achieving a dream of being a published author. I have always been writing since my early teens, and I have a BA from SUNY New Paltz and an MA from Western Connecticut State University. I spent years working at the U.S. Military Academy at West Point before some life-changing events occurred, changing my outlook forever.
Luckily for me, that included finding my way in writing world and working with a fabulous publisher at Scarlet Lantern Publishing. They took a chance on me and I released 6 books with them under my pen name, Lacy Hart, before moving over to books with my own name on them.
What do I write? I write romance! I have found my niche with contemporary romance novels, mostly of the small-town variety since I live in a small town in New York. My books are strong on family, friendship, humor and relationships so that readers get the happily ever after ending they want.
